Product tour

A day in the lodge.

Watch one stay move through the lodge, then open the screens an operator uses.

Watch a stay

One guest. The whole lodge follows.

These are screens from the live lodge. A stay moves from the morning board to the desk, the room, the dining line, the guest TV, and the company invoice.

Morning

Open the lodge on one screen.

Before the first bus, the dashboard already has the day: who is in camp, which meal is open, and which room is running hot.

  • In camp, arrivals, and meals served today
  • The dining hall that is open right now
  • A temperature alert when a room leaves its range

Front desk arrivals with scan to check in
Front desk

Scan them in. The room follows.

Type a name or scan a badge. Confirm the guest, the room, and the stay in one step. Door access for the badge and the welcome on the TV come from that arrival. We can integrate with almost all smart locks.

  • Expected today and anyone overdue
  • Walk-ins with no reservation
  • In house for a move, a hold, or checkout
  • A calendar for the next hitch
Rooms

Every bed, by dorm and floor.

The room board is who slept here and which rooms are ready. Housekeeping works from the same status: occupied, dirty, or on hold.

  • Occupancy, beds, and the guest in the room
  • Clean, dirty, and maintenance on one list
  • Nightly processing closes the stay for billing

Dining hall station asking which meal is open
Meals

The line and the kitchen share the count.

When more than one meal is open, the station asks which one, then scans the badge. That same count becomes the kitchen's list: what to cook, what was served, and what was left.

  • Breakfast, lunch, and grab-and-go on one station
  • A production board for the hot line
  • Prepared, consumed, and waste for the meal

Kitchen

Weekday breakfast is scrambled eggs and bacon on the hot line. The board records the forecast and what actually went out.

Gate

The same badge is checked at the gate. The station shows who was approved and who was turned away.

Maintenance

A leaky faucet, a stuck door, or a request from the room TV lands on one board with a priority and a worker.

The room

The guest sees the day, then scans for help.

The room TV shows the name, the company, the room, and today's menu. Maintenance is a code on the screen, so the guest reports the room they are standing in.

  • Meal times and what is being served
  • Checkout day on the welcome
  • A code that opens a maintenance request
  • The screen clears when the stay ends

Company invoices for nights, meals, and extras
Billing

The stay becomes the invoice.

Nights, meals, and extras roll up by company. Issue the batch from the same login that ran the front desk. Reports for muster, occupancy, and the kitchen sit beside it.

  • Preview, issue, or void a company bill
  • A portal so the company sees its own people
  • Locks mapped to the rooms on that invoice
